-Wakeboard Info-
Wakeboard size is chosen by weight of the rider, to get the right amount of buoyancy at the right speed. Too small board supplies insufficient carrying capacity and an oversized becomes slower and more difficult to manage, especially in the air. If you are between two sizes, it is a better choice to take the larger size. This is particularly true for beginners and intermediate riders.
Information for The rocker, fins and more, is to be found under the heading information on each wakeboard model.
Hole patterns How far it is between them molded screw hole pairs. Both the 8 "and 6" patterns are used. You can use a boot with 6 "pattern in an 8" hole pattern, and vice versa, but then not all the holes used.
Obstacles / Barriers / Slider is designed jumps / obstacles that riders glide over or / and jumps on, the equivalent to the Alpine world "snow-parks". There are a whole variety of obstacles but essentially there are two types, Kicker is a jump a hill and Slider which has a flat surface to slide on.
Cable Park can be compared to an electrically driven ski lifts on the water, where from 6 to 8 riders can simultaneously ride wakeboard, water ski, kneeboard etc.. Cable Park has normally 5-6 pylons / masts where a cable / wire goes around the circle of 9-11 meters height, the rider's rope / handle connected to the cable at regular intervals. The course is equally suitable for the little inexperienced as the more experienced rider.
