Skimarine.se reserves the right to cancel an order if fraud is suspected. To increase customer satisfaction when purchasing from us , we , in consultation with our security expert decided to introduce the following procedures to improve safety during purchase. Our internal security alerts if an order is suspected to be a fraud. The security system is based on a number of parameters that have been set by our security expert and our other partners. If the security strike , we choose not to deliver current orders. Sometimes it means that an order be stopped even though it does not involve a fraud. We hope that you as a customer have patience with this as it concerns your safety. All suspected fraud will be prosecuted and the matter is then left to our security partner for further follow-up. For deliveries with a high value occurs extradition always via the nearest delivery regardless of payment method.

In order to receive, handle and deliver your order, Test AB will process your personal data. All our processing of personal data is in accordance with applicable personal data legislation. Skimarine.se uses cookies under the new Electronic Communications Act , which entered into force on 25 July 2003, everyone who visits websites , receive information about what cookies are used till.En cookie is a small text file stored on your computer that contains information that will help the site to identify the track of the visitor. Cookies do no harm to your computer without asking consist only of text, and can not contain any viruses. The files takes virtually no space and there are two types of cookies :

Appendix 1, Personal data processing
Skimarine Sport i Huddinge AB, org. no. 556650-6639, processes personal data in connection with the trade at http://www.skimarine.se and is responsible for personal data processing. Personal data is processed in order for Skimarine Sport AB to be able to provide its services, mainly for the following purposes (the "Purposes"):
- To create and maintain your personal account.
- To receive and process your orders and send your goods to you.
- To handle possible returns.
- To send you SMS notifications about delivery status.
- To answer your questions and inform you about new or changed services.
- To send marketing offers such as newsletters and directories.
- To send you surveys that allow you to influence Test AB's offers and services.
The information being processed is the information you provide, e.g. when placing orders, contact customer service or the like. The information you provide includes e.g. contact information, delivery address and ordered goods ("Personal Information"). The personal information is necessary for Skimarine Sport AB to be able to achieve the objectives. Some information may also be collected from public records or from other publicly available sources.
The main legal basis for the treatment is that the treatment is necessary for Skimarine Sport AB to fulfill its obligations to its customers. Some treatments are also based on Skimarine Sport AB's legitimate interest in being able to conduct its operations in an efficient and safe manner and on Skimarine Sport AB's obligation to comply with legal obligations. The personal data may be shared with authorities and other parties that Skimarine Sport AB uses to achieve the purposes, eg. for delivery. These players may be based in countries outside the EU / EEA. Right to data portability - According to Article 20 GDPR, you have the right to obtain your Personal Information in a structured, widely used and machine-readable format. You also have the right to transfer this information to another data controller.
Right to object - Under Article 21 of the GDPR you have the right to object to certain processing of the Personal Data, for example, such treatment based on Skimarine Sport AB's legitimate interests.
